Move the events package from hollow-toolbox to the rivets repo. This will allow us to better isolate the code we use and own from unrelated concerns. As well as moving to a new home, this code has the
kvpackage moved toconditionand it gets an updated linter configuration.When merged, this should force a new tag at
v0.2.0
